Hello and a massively warm welcome. We’re Alexa & Damian, the team behind Damian Thurston Photography (formerly Jellyfish Photography). We met whilst studying at the University for the Creative Arts in Surrey and currently live in Central Bedfordshire with our two beautiful children Fin & Isla and super cute puppy, Berkeley.

Damian started his career in the photography industry in 1999, working as a portrait & makeover photographer, running three successful studios in Luton & Milton Keynes and Alexa was working for a large media company in London. In 2005, after having our son Finlay we decided to collaborate and set up a photography business together. This was a great way for us to combine our creative passions and experiences perfectly! Since establishing we’ve had the absolute pleasure in photographing hundreds of fabulous moments all over the UK.

We totally love what we do and providing our clients with wonderfully documented memories is our focus at all times. Damian is extremely fun-loving and is great at quickly getting you relaxed in front of the camera, helping you feel at ease so we can capture all of those awesome shots.
